What is a Death Cafe?
Death Cafe is an International Movement that aims to create safe and welcoming spaces where people can come together to talk about death, dying, bereavement and grief. There is no agenda, so people are free to discuss whatever topics they would like and the "host" is really just there to bring the cake and make sure things run smoothly.
Death Cafes are ALWAYS free and welcome to all - whether you are newly bereaved, some way along your grief journey or even just interested in the topic.
The cafes are not intended as bereavement support or group counselling.
